Private Harold Richardson was born in Beverley the 6 Mar 1892 the son of Annie Elizabeth Richardson, he was baptised the 24 Mar 1892 at St Nicholas Church, Beverley. He lived in Cherry Terrace, Beverley until 1911, he was a farm labourer.
Harold served as a private in the East Yorkshire Regiment. His photograph appeared in the Beverley Guardian in Nov 1917, stating he had been wounded twice. He received the Victory and the British medal.
