History sheet relates to time served in the Lincolnshire Constabulary, applicant's schedule relates to Hull City Police, the record of service sheets, appointment to the regular force and computer printouts relate to Humberside Police, application by [name] for appointment relates to the North Riding of Yorkshire Constabulary. The index card usually has a photograph attached.
