Abstract | In 1996 the Yorkshire Vernacular Buildings Study Group undertook a survey of vernacular buildings in south Holderness. The area was broken down into 12 areas. In all, 125 buildings were recorded and the summary results published in Yorkshire Buildings no.25. Based on this survey three areas, Holmpton, Easington and Patrington, were chosen for detailed analysis and measured drawings. This article records the results of this detailed study |
