| Date | 2010 |
| Abstract | In the period 1995-2001 excavations were undertaken on an Iron Age and Romano-British settlement at Burnby Lane, Hayton as part of the Hayton Landscape Project. During these excavations prehistoric worked flints were found in the topsoil. During the 1999 excavation season a group of four shallow pits containing Neolithic pottery were excavated. This paper provides a report on these features and their contents. |
