TitleA flint axe from Aldro, East Yorkshire
Date1996
AbstractAn edge-polished flint axe was recovered on Setpember 26th 1991 from the ploughed surface of a field on the High Wolds at Aldro as part of the fieldwalking programme of the Wharram Research Project. Although Wold barrows have produced an impressive array of worked flint objects, flint axes are a rarity.
