1) grants 2) his 'table' (maintenance) for life and a chamber in the manor of Acclum [West Acklam near Middlesborough?] for as long as he please; if he does not agree then he or someone in his name may take two bushells of wheat every three weeks and a house for life in the vill of Acklam.
All the tenants who hold for life or for terms of years by deeds of 2) may have such terms as the deeds contain.
1) grants 2) the right to recover his former estate in all his former lands and tenements in Ayresome, Leventhorp and Acklam if the rent is more than 40 days in arrear.
