Details that: Christopher Newlove and Simon Newlove have contracted to sell to Thomas Wharram a messuage and farmstead (as in a surrender by Richard Newlove to his will dated 24 Jan 1771) for £45. Thomas Wharram will retain the £45 until Richard Newlove attains age of 21, at 4 and a half per cent interest in the place of rent. Christopher Newlove and Simon Newlove will then prevail upon Richard Newlove to complete the contract for sale, as he cannot pass a recovery until he reaches that age |
