The jury presents that John Lyndall, Kingston upon Hull, a customary tenant, died seised of an unbuilt messuage with a barn and garth containing two acres, a close called Raw Close containing four acres, and 26 acres of arable, pasture and meadow in Witheronsea [Withernsea], purchased from John Robinson, rent 3s 4d; two and a half acres of arable, meadow and pasture in Witheronsea, purchased from Thomas Fussy, rent 10d; one acre of arable in Witheronsea, in the South feild, purchased from Daniell Hardy, rent 4d
Daniell Lyndall is his son and heir, in bondage, after the death of Elizabeth, his mother
