DescriptionJohn Robinson surrendered to Wilfrid Trewman under steward of the court a dwelling house, barn, garth containing around one acre, a little close called North Close containing around two acres, and two oxgangs of arable, meadow and pasture, in the fields of Withernsey [Withernsea], of the yearly rent of 13s 6d
Surveyed in 1682 at 37 acres three roods 35 perches in the following closes: two acres one rood in the Close at home; four acres in North Close; 15 acres three roods eight perches in South Feild; 14 acres one rood 23 perches in West Feild; and one acre two roods four perches in Kirkefeild
To the use of John Lyndall, Kingston upon Hull, master and mariner, in bondage
The surrender will be void if John Robinson pays John Lyndall £78 8s in three instalments of £2 2s and a final instalment of £72 2s, due 25 Mar 1686
