Notes: Includes plan. Robert Smith and Caroline Smith surrendered their moiety to George Hume and John Dixon Hales on 23 Jul 1859. Robert Smith died Mar 1868 and Caroline Anne Charlotte Smith died 13 Jun 1878, both were buried in Richmond, Surrey. George Hume died 18 Nov 1870 and was buried at Toft Dunchurch, Warwickshire. John Dixon Hales died 11 Jan 1879 and in his will, dated 15 Nov 1861, devised the estate to his sons John Hales and Arthur Hales.
