Property: manor of Fraisthorp and all John Hedon’s property there and in Hedon, Ottringham, Seton, Gowsell and Routh. 3 messuages, 3 closes and four and a half bovates in Priston [Preston?]. Messuage and 2 bovates in Estmarton, which John Hedon gave to her for life with reversion to his kinsman and heir Richard Hedon gentleman. Which reversion, with other property, Richard Hedon gave to the above Sir John Constable etc as trustees to the use of himself for life and then to his son and heir William Hedon (23 Oct. 1519).
