| Description | Concerning the working of the tile kiln 'at the bek syd' [beckside] when either of them dies: the survivor to have the kiln paying £12 to the heirs of the one first dying; and the moveable goods belonging to the kiln, on water or on land, to be equally divided between the survivor and the heirs.
