Church of Wilbursa and all appurtenances as the charters of the same Jordan, of Roger, Archbishop of York and Henry, Bishop of Durham then Treasurer, and of the chapter of St Peter of York, witness. 1 botate and a toft and all his arable land on the Derwent near Catt(on) with the meadow, and a cultivated land 9 perches broad where his grange stands, all in Wilburfoss, given by William son of Robert of Wilburfoss with the consent of his wife and his heirs. All the land and meadow belonging to his carrucate of Deruente near Cattun[Catton] given by Osbert son of Ulger of Wilburfoss, with the consent of William de Perci and Robert son of Fulk. Church of Wilbugfos [Willburfoss] and chapel of Neutun [Newton] given by the convent of Grenefeld [Greenfield]
