After the death of Thomas Fisher in 1841 the freehold descended to Martha Cross (then Martha Fisher, spinster) and Elizabeth White as his only sisters and coheiresses. This was subject to the dower of Ann Taylor the widow of Thomas Fisher, she has remarried and is now the wife of George Taylor. Ann Taylor formerly Fisher agreed to release her right to dower for the sum of £380. |
