Bequests: his freehold estate at Hutton Cranswick consisting of a cottage house, orchard and garth and about seven acres of grass land called Coles Closes, and also a messuage or dwellinghouse, orchard and garth and about eight acres of grass land and a close of grass land called Arch Close containing about four acres and two roods, and also one close of arable land containing about two acres, and also one close of grass land containing one acre and three roods to be used to maintain and support his wife Elizabeth Fisher and his children until his son Thomas Fisher turns 21 years old, after which Thomas is to be given the freehold estate at Hutton Cranswick
