Bequests: to wife Martha Moore his household furniture plate linen china and articles of housekeeping for use during her life, and the sum of £100 and an annuity of £100, to his son Ralph Moore all his real estate at Market Weighton, Brandesburton, Bossal or Bursehill and a close or parcel of land on east side of turnpike road from Beverley to Hull containing 4 acres and a half, to his son William Moore three closes containing nine acres and a half on west side of turnpike road from Beverley to Hull and his cottages, garths and real estate at Hutton Cranswick, to his sons Ralph and William Moore and his son-in-law Thomas Dixon of Brandesburton £2000 to be invested in stocks which are to benefit the children of Thomas Dixon and his late wife Mary Dixon (the testator's daughter)
