Bequests: all messuage or dwellinghouse together with yard, garth, garden, outbuildings and appurtenances, and also the closes of grass land lying near to the dwellinghouse, containing together eight acres to the use of Washington Harrison of Great Driffield, surgeon, and William Foster of Little Driffield, farmer, in trust, and that they sell the same for the benefit of his son John Portes and daughters Rebecca and Ann Portes and daughter Ellen Walker of Tibthorpe
