Bequests: Dwellinghouse and garth in Brandesburton and other real estate to Miss Theodosia Richardson, if she dies before 21 years of age, to Miss Mary Jane Scott, if she dies before 21 years of age, to Robert Wise Richardson, brother of Theodosia Richardson; £170 to Michael Saddler, son of Thomas Saddler of Brandesburton, deceased; £90 each to Hannah Dales, Mary Kilvington, wife of Thomas Kilvington of Leven, and Ann Bugg, wife of Thomas Bugg of Leven; £60 to Elizabeth Blenkin, cousin; £50 to Mary Jane Scott; £30 to Mary Carr of Hull; 19 guineas each to Sarah Humphrey, Margaret Youell, John Gossip and Joseph Gossip, children of Samuel Gossip of Beverley, deceased; £15 each to Joseph Walls, cousin, and Daniel Handsley Walls, his son; £30 to Margaret Simpson, daughter of Michael Saddler; £15 each to Dorothy Gibson and Francis Gibson, children of William Gibson of Brandesburton, farmer; £10 each to James Handsley of Hull and Eliza Newton of Hull, cousins; £5 each to Roger Robinson of Brandesburton, Ann Walls of Hornsey, widow, and Alice Dawson of Beverley; £90 to William Gibson, unless Mary Kilvington predeceases the testatrix, when it goes to William Kilvington and Edward Kilvington, her sons.
