Cottage, orchard and field land in Asselby, containing 5 acres, field land in Asselby containing 2½ acres, and a rood of land in Kirkgates of Asselby upon trust to sell and divide the money between George Stainlay, James Stainlay, Thomas Stainlay, Hannah Stainlay, Ann Stainlay and Hannah Holderness, cousins. House, orchard and marshgates at Asselby to Sarah Smith, cousin, and wife of John Smith.
