TitleDeclaration of John Doeg, Bridlington, surgeon and apothecary, and Hannah Doeg, his wife

DescriptionDeclares that Ann Nayres of London, late Kirbymoorside, spinster, by her will dated 10 Sep 1782 gave £40 in trust to Francis Baron of Bridlington, merchant, to pay the interest to the testatrix's niece Ann Andrew, wife of John Andrew, and after her death to their surviving children, the £40 partly being made up of a £10 promissary note from John Andrew. Christopher Webster of Bridlington, yeoman, by his will dated 6 Oct 1785, gave £500 to share between Christopher Baron, Webster Baron, Francis Baron, William Baron, Hannh Baron, Elizabeth Baron, Jane Baron and Ann Baron, his grandchildren. He died about 26 years ago. Hannah Baron married John Doeg. Francis Baron by his will dated 23 Apr 1791 gave £50 to his granddaughter Sarah Raywood on reaching 21 years, until then a 40 shillings yearly allowance. The remainder of the estate went to Hannah Doeg, his daughter, who was made an executor with Christopher Johnson of Reighton and Richard Dunn of Driffield.. Sarah Raywood is now 21 years old and has ben paid the legacy.
