Bequests: Stock, crop money, furnishings and implements of Mar House Farm to William Underwood, son; interest accruing on £500 secured on a mortgage of Anti Mill and premises at Wallingfen belonging to William Oliver, son in law, to Hannah Underwood, wife; after decease of Hannah Underwood the £500 to be divided between daughters Mary Ann Oliver and Hannah, wife of James Kitchen of Broomfleet, and sons Thomas Underwood of Scalby and William Underwood.
