Description | Sir Rowland Winn 5th baronet of Nostell Priory, ran up huge debts, died 1785. The 6th baronet Sir Rowland Winn died unmarried in Oct 1805 and intestate and was Elizabeth Letitia Strickland's nephew. She was her nephew's administratrix but this passed onto her son, Sir William Strickland (6th baronet) due to her and her husband's old age. Sir Rowland Winn's sister, Esther, married a Manchester baker and had three children by him. The papers concern their care and financial welfare.
