Property: manor and capital messuage called Coat Garth in Kilnwick with three adjacent closes, cottage, Marr close in the Marr, five flatts called the Great Marr, two Thrusome Closes adjoining Kilnwick Inggs with a balk, four flatts above the Dykes, two short flatts in the same place near Marketgate Street, one great flatt adjoining Beswick Mill, Hungary Flatt, two flatts called Swinty Flatt, Flittland Flatt, Howland Flatt, two little flatts called Long Wandles all belonging to the East Field; two cottages; six flatts in the South Field; five flatts under the Moore in the same field, four lands of grass belonging to the South Field; little parcel called Bratton Brigg; seven flatts on North side of Hound Moore, four flatts in Hornhill Tofts, four flatts adjoining Bracton Inggs, two flatts beyond the Becks and little parcel on North side of Brackton Brig, all belonging to Horntoft Field (18 oxgangs in all), (as DDKI/5/77). Grange called Cawkell in Watton with its tithes Tithes of corn and grain from 18 oxgangs belonging to Coatgarth House (as above) three messuages and the White Hart Inn in Winchester. Messuage and three and a half acres in Brook Furlong and messuage and specified lands in New Alresford, county Hamshire
