Property: all tithes of his demense of Gunnebi [Gunby] except those which the church of Bubwith received in the time of his father from the moor of Walbayn.
To light the alter at Selby Abbey. For the safety of his soul and those of his father and mother, all his ancestors and successors, Sir Eustace de Vescy, and Geoffrey de Hugate and his wife Matilda.
