Includes references to the sum being required to fit him out, for which he would give Grimston a Bond and pay five pe[r] cent; the Pembroose being certainly commiss[i]ond next month; there being great interest among the Captains there to have the command as she is esteemed a complete sixty gun ship; Captain Hannaway and Captain Biron having applied to the Admiralty for her; him wishing Biron success as he was bred under his Uncle Medley; Grimston having desired Hardwick to forgive "that scoundrill Kilvington and instructions to direct to His Majesty's Ship Pembrooke at Plymouth
