DescriptionIncludes references to his receipt of Lamberts Observations; a deduction in a rent account for Land Tax being not just for the Close but for all Grimston's concerns in Sutton and Sculcoates, the accounts being detailed as for Sutton Lordship, Hobson tenant, Sculcoates being Cooper, Hobson, Forreste and Maister, Sudcoates being Poole and Gunby; a close held by Hobson in Miton Car; the repairs of Clows and cleaning public drains being always paid by the Landlord, the Setting Dike being one of the latter, Harry having some ground which pays toward bottom scouring it and allows the charge of doing it to the tenants; sending to Forrest for his rent and thinking him safe making him easy with him; wanting Grimston to speak to Atkinson before he begins to build in; not having heard of Nelson's arrival and the uncertain weather now and then bringing on a touch of his fever but not confining him above stairs
