Description	Includes references to having written to Mr Lorrimer and he has sent him an acc[oun]t of the estate he proposes to sell but it is of his own writing and scarce legible; Appleton to make a copy of it and send it to Grimston; he having bo[ugh]t several parts of his estate of different persons; he having a wife who has not a Joynture; presuming that Mr Stables will advise Grimston to have a fine; part of the estate being in Mortgage to Mr Featherston; Lorrimer saying the Buildings has cost him about £250and he hopes that Grimston will alow him £50 for them; advice to Article with him; Mr Stephenson of Hull; the greatest part being Copyhold and one farm being in the Manor of Skidby
