Includes references to his Eldest Girl being born in Hull and when his second was born Mrs Johnson accidentally came to Risby to see Mrs Ellerker who soon after was taken ill and bro[ugh]t to bed at night, Mrs Johnson went away the next morning and Ellerker gave her 12 Guin[ea]s; when his eldest boy was born Mrs Johnson was at Risby two or three days, having been there once before when Mrs Ellerker had not been well and this time was paid 15 Guin[ea]s; she also had something at the Christenings and Mrs Dixon made her some little presents; having heard it was the rule to pay Physicians 5 Guin[ea]s for his journey from York and a Guinea a Day whilst he staid and surgeons fees in London generally less than a Physician
