Property: New capital messuage in Reedness with adjoining croft with the Spring Wood, bounded on the north by the River Ouze (Ouse) and the King's highway to the south. Also cottage and croft in Reedness; a close of arable land lying in the Townfield precincts called Lond Close containing 9 acres; Proctor Close containing 9 acres, bounded by Maydike drain towards the east; all in Reedness. Land in Whitgift known as Whitgift Pasture containing 18 acres bounded by Town's Lane to the east; land containing 7 acres 1 rood 9 perches in Reedness and Swinefleet Pastures; and a close known as Bryan Garth in Reedness containing 3 acres.
