Description
Comments upon local matters in England and speaks of the extreme weather in Ishawood. Speaks of his ill health and the doctors in the area. Other diseases prevalent and lack of good drinking water. He has no money and cannot find any work. Further murders but the country is so large it is impossible to catch them and the officials are corrupt. Harry Darley has offered a ranch rent free but asks his father for some capital.
