Refers to a previous deed of 24 October 1600 which granted a lease to Hugh Kirkman of Hull, tailor, messuage late in the tenure of William Brockdaile of Hull, tailor, a street called Scailelaine abutting the lands of Walter Rudston and others, a parcel of voidground of 6 and a half yards by five yards for a yearly rent of 20s and 21 years and John Johnson is discharged
On the reverse of the deed mentions that the memoranda of the 9 December Anne Johnson, administering of the goods and chattels of John Johnson did by word of mouth did give and grant unto the same Thomas Wilkinson all estate and interest.
