Bequests: All lands to his good friend, Thomas Langley of the City of York, esq and Robert Squire of the City of York, gentleman to dispose of the same to pay off debt of £500 to Christopher Croft and £100 to Mrs Elianor Kilchingman, junior[?] and a further £100 to be paid after her mother's death. To Mrs Elianor Kilchingman, senior[?], now wife of Mr William Kilchingman of York, £20. If any trouble or disturbance is given to the trustees regarding the legacies or bequests then they will become void. To Mary Belwood, daughter of the late Sergeant Belwood, Rachell Tesh, Sarah Todding, kinswomen, 20 shillings each to buy rings. To Mrs Elizabeth Fewer, 10 shillings and the remaining money and personal estate to his neice, Mrs Elizabeth Ayscough and to two nephews, Robert Read and John Read. To two trustees, Thomas Langley and Robert Squire, 1 guinea. To his servant, Mary Stephenson, 10 shillings and another bequest regarding £200 from securing a mortgage at Osgarley which belongs to Mrs Elianor Kilchingman and her children
