| Description | Agnes la Ruusse of Beverley, primress of Killing (Nunkeeling) and the convent there to Sir Simon the Constable property: all the land which they had of the gift of Beatrice de Fryboys in Hildolfston (i.e. 2 bovates and 3 ac. on either side of the town with their tofts and crofts) and all their villeens in that town (i.e. John Makemesure and his brother Robert) and all their chattels and following; and all the land they had in Oustewyk i.e. 1/3 bovate called Custaunce Oxgang; toft and croft which Stephen de Monte sometime held of them; 4½ac. which were of Amand Jurdan; and 1/3rd part of Brendecroft and that cultivated land towards the North called Brendecroftdaile as freely as they held it of the gift of the said Beatrice de Friboys). In exchange for 9 bovates in Mapilton (7 of the fee of the abbot of Thornton and 2 of the free of Henry de Preston); 40 rents from 2 tofts there (i.e. 2s from toft of Agnes de Stutevile and 2s. from Prestcroft); and a capital messuage which the gave them in exchange for the villeins John and Robert Makemesure. Rendering to the priory 1d. yearly in the chapel of Dudington.
