Property: manor of Stanton in Stanton on the Wolds. Which Robert Yele, with Thomas Orsten, deceased had of a gift of Sir Gervase Clyfton, deceased. With power of attorney to John Repon, chaplain and William Kyndre to deliver seisin.
Witnesses: John of St Andrew, Hugh Annsley, demenser, and Hugh Barry, esquire, Thomas Armstrong, John Chamberlayn of Rodington. Given at Stanton.

Also contains an endorsement of livery of seisin
