For Elizabeth Docwra's marriage portion of £1500 paid by her mother Jane Docwra, widow, to John and Thomas Estofte. John Estofte having conveyed to them the manor of Lockington with other property conveyed to him by Robert Stockdayle; he now covenants that Thomas Estofte and Jane Docwra shall have £100 yearly after death of Robert Stockdayle and for life of John Estofte; and, after deaths of Robert Stockdayle and John Estofte, that they shall have the manor and other premises
