DescriptionGives example of Henry Johnson, who has to summon 72 jurors from Holderness Divisions, 'for which purpose a man and horse have to travel a distance of at least two hundred and fifty miles and seven days in the performance of it. That the horsehire and expenses at a moderate computation amount to thirty shillings a day.'
