Bequests: To his daughters Ann Eliza Harland and Jane Barbara Harland certain pecuniary legacies, to his son Thomas Harland he bequests every messuage,cottage, closes, lands, grounds, farms, tenements, hereditaments and real estate situate lying at Bridlington, Bridlington Quay, Hilderthorpe, Wold Newton, and Foxholes also all his money, securities, stocks and funds, mortgages in fee and trust estates, goods chattels, personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever.
