Bequeath unto William Savage and Isaac Ward the following property:
Dwelling house on the east side of Kirkgate, Bridlington now in the occupied by Joseph Atkinson, shoemaker.
Dwelling house on the west side of Saint John Street, Bridlington near the Primitive Methodist Chapel now in and occupied by Robert Barr, bricklayer
2 Dwelling houses adjoining each other in Garrison Street, Bridlington Quay in which James Stephenson himself resides the other being occupied by Miss Forge
This property together with all other goods and chattels are to be sold and divided in equal shares between his son Joseph Stephenson, Nottingham, lace manufacturer, daughter Christiana Jarratt the wife of William Jarratt, Bridlington Quay, mariner, daughter Sophia (now residing in London) and grandson James Stephenson ( the child of his late son John Stephenson, mariner, deceased)
