| Description | Date admitted: 7 Dec 1912 Age: 15 Address: no home Circumstances: this little girls parents were dead and she had been in a Convent for a few months and had been sent to a situation in York but was sent away for misconduct, after she arrived in Hull she went to a second-hand clothes dealer and tried to exchange her clothes for a boy's suit, she was asked to call next day and in the meantime the police were informed and she was seen the next day at the shop and was sent to this home by Superintendant Alvin. A situation was found for her in Hull but was again discharged for misconduct and was again brought to this home and as she was such a good worker and she really promised to do better, it was decided to give her another trial Days in the home: 21 (two occasions) Date left the home: 28 Dec 1912 Situation on departure: a situation was found for her in the country. I'm pleased to say that up to the present time we have received no further complaints
