Circumstances: this youth had run away from his home came to Hull to try and get a ship but failed to do so, he became stranded and went to the Central Police Station and was sent to this home by Sergeant Boyes, we were not able to take him in but suitable lodgings was found for him. His parents were informed through the Dewsbury police
