Description	Date admitted: 30 Dec 1910 Age: 19 Address: Glasgow Circumstances: this young woman had been in Hull about five years. She had been out of a situation for about two months and during part of that time she had been sleeping out. She was found sleeping in an unoccupied house by PC Nicklin and she was sent to this home by Superintendant Alvin. Days in the home: 1 Date left the home: 31 Dec 1910 Situation on departure: she was found to be in a filthy state and also very unhealthy. She was advised to go into the workhouse and left the home to go to that institution Bound volume containing handwritten entries including: date of admission; age, name, address and circumstances; situation on departure and monies donated
