| Description | Date admitted: 12 Feb 1905 Age: 19 Address: Liverpool Circumstances: this young girl foolishly left her home and went to Norway with a young seaman who promised to marry her, when they reached his home the girl stated that his mother disapproved of such an engagement and the girl was advised to come back to England. She had no money and was sent to Hull by English Consul. On arriving here the captain of the ship of which she came over informed Mrs Funch, the lady worked for the National Vigilance Association of her condition and she was brought to this home Days in the home: 1 Date left the home: 13 Feb 1905 Situation on departure: sent back to Liverpool by this society
