Circumstances: this young girl had been in a situation at Anlaby but left without her parents knowledge. She came to Hull and was found at midnight in the Market Place by Mr C Kirk Waterloo Street, who brought her to this home. She was admitted. Her parents were informed and her father came over to see us. It was found that she would not stop in her situation and her parents could not manage her. We thought it wise to keep her in the home and give her another trial
