Circumstances: this young woman was brought to this home by Inspector Burton, she having been found destitute. On making enquiries it was found she bore a very bad character. She had been three times in the Peel Street home and also in a permanent home in Nottingham but they refused to keep her and sent her back to Hull on account of her bad conduct. She would not stay in her situation. Her father could do nothing with her
