| Description | Date admitted: 16 Mar 1909 Age: 18 Address: no home Circumstances: this young woman was sent to the home by Mr Willoughby Spring Street. From inquiries made it was found her parents were both dead. She had been in lodgings and had been working in a factory but could not earn sufficient money for lodgings and clothing. A lady promised to take her if we could provide her with suitable clothing, this we decided to do. We found her to be clean, active and obliging girl Days in the home: 10 Date left the home: 26 Mar 1909 Situation on departure: she was got ready for service and went to live with the lady at Hessle and we are pleased to say, is doing very well
