Circumstances: this youth ran away from his home in Keighley and came to Hull, he had a few shillings in his pocket when he first arrived but was soon spent up. He was sent to the Central police station by Mr Siddell King Edward Street to whom the youth had gone for assistance. The home manager informed his parents through the Keighley police and obtained suitable lodgings for him
