Circumstances: this young girl was found on the Beverley Road at 7.30pm by Miss Elsie Britton, the girl was crying and stated her parents were dead and that the woman with whom she was staying had gone out and she did not know where she had gone. She was brought to this home. Some difficulty was experienced in finding out who she really was, she had given a false name and address
