| Description | Date admitted: 21 Aug 1906 Age: 16 Address: no home Circumstances: found destitute in Alfred Gelder Street at midnight by Sergeant Folgate who sent her to this home, she was admitted, on inquiries being made it was found that the girl's parents were dead and that she had been brought up in a workhouse. The authorities had fitted her out well for service and obtained a situation for her but she had turned out to be a very bad girl.
