Circumstances: found destitute on Spring Bank at 1am by PC Coverdale who brought her to the home, she stated her father had turned her out and would not allow her in his house, the home manager saw the father who admitted her statement was true and refused in any way to assist her, her uncle in Cardiff was also communicated with but he refused to assist, as he thought her father had a right to do so. The President and home man-also saw her father, when he ordered them out of his shop, stating they had no right to interfere between him and his daughter
