23 Oct 1891 reported for having on the 23 Oct received the sum of £1.16.11 from Fred Fisher at Anderson [Anchorsholme?] at Blackpool alleged costs in a case of bastardy and in preparing a bill dated the 14 Oct showing expenses in the case to be only £1.8.6 leaving the sum of £0.8.6 unaccounted for, to be removed from the Detective Department and fined 2 days pay
